Jim Ryan is a licensed California Real Estate Broker, Certified Public Accountant (inactive), and a licensed General Contractor.
Jim is the broker of Ryan Realty, Inc and has been a licensed real estate broker for over 45 years, his primary focus is representing clients in the acquisition of apartments, office, industrial, hospitality, land and retail properties.
Jim serves as Vice Chairman of the Board of Directors of Exchange Bank which is a community bank founded in 1890 with assets of approximately $3.3 billion. Since 2007 Jim has served as a Trustee of the Doyle Trust and he serves on the Scholarship Committee at the Santa Rosa Junior College. He also serves on the Board of Directors of PEP Housing, a non-profit developer of affordable housing for seniors and veterans where he chairs the development committee.

Kevin is a licensed California Real Estate Broker and a licensed General Contractor. He is a graduate of California State University of Chico from which he holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Business Administration. After graduating he spent two years in public accounting. He then went on to work for a large real estate development company as Controller then CFO handling financing and land acquisition for retail, commercial and residential developments. Kevin specializes in conventional, jumbo, first time home buyer, FHA, and VA loans. Kevin has been involved with the financing of residential and commercial real estate loans for over 35 years. Kevin was raised in Sonoma County where he makes his home with wife Martha. Kevin and Martha have two children, Charlie and Megan.

Mike McKeon is returning to Ryan Mortgage after 24 years with Sonoma National Bank and Poppy Bank for 12 years each. He has experience with home loans, construction lending for both residential and commercial properties, development lending, Small Business loans (SBA) and estate financing. Mike is a graduate of California State University Long Beach with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Business Administration. He has been involved with the United Way of the Wine Country for over 12 years and is currently serving on the Board of Directors as a past Chair, past Treasurer and Audit Chair. Mike and his wife, Cathi are long term residents of Santa Rosa with 6 children and 7 grandchildren.
Originally from Kirkland Washington, Ron has been in the mortgage lending industry since 1975. He has a Bachelor of Arts degree in Business Administration from the University of Washington and served his country during the Vietnam conflict as a U.S. Navy fighter/attack pilot flying combat missions from the USS Midway.
Ron brings an abundance of knowledge and experience to his position as Mortgage Loan Officer – Reverse Mortgage Specialist. He gives his utmost to his clients, his primary goal being their financial well-being and security. He has originated and closed over 5,600 mortgage loans so far in his career.
A resident of Santa Rosa since 1976, Ron has been active in community service, being a prior Distinguished Past President of the Downtown Santa Rosa Kiwanis Club. He was also the Golf Handicap Committee Chairman for the Santa Rosa Golf & Country Club and along with his wife Joy served on the PACE Committee of Santa Rosa Memorial Hospital, a charitable organization that raises funds for Parenting and Children’s Education. Ron enjoys golf, working out at the gym, and traveling. He is the proud father of two and the grandfather of four.

With a wealth of experience as a Past Operation and Underwriting Manager for a wholesale lender, Stacy possesses a deep understanding of the mortgage process, surpassing the knowledge of many Loan Officers. Since obtaining her license in 2001, Stacy has successfully assisted hundreds of clients in purchasing, refinancing, and securing reverse mortgages. Beyond her professional endeavors, Stacy is actively involved in her community. She serves on the board of directors of two non-profit organizations, Treasure House and Santa Tim, both of which are dedicated to supporting underprivileged children and seniors in the community. Originally hailing from Illinois, Stacy has made Sonoma County her home since 1986. She resides in Windsor with her husband, Scott. Kris Anderson-Manos has been a mortgage broker for 36 years. She is a graduate of the University of California Irvine and has an MBA from Pepperdine University.
